What does this mean for prospects?
The addition of Courtney to the Prep Girls Hoops team marks a major step forward for high school girls basketball players, particularly those in Arizona and throughout the West Coast. Prep Girls Hoops is a nationally respected platform dedicated to the coverage and promotion of high school girls basketball, with a strong emphasis on recruiting and player exposure. The organization offers comprehensive, year-round content including player rankings, event coverage, in-depth analysis, and scouting reports—all aimed at helping athletes increase their visibility among college coaches and recruiters.

“George brings a unique, innovative approach to scouting and player evaluation, constantly thinking outside the box to solve challenges and uncover talent. Known for his tireless work ethic and energetic, outgoing personality, George excels at building connections within the basketball community while producing high-quality content and in-depth player evaluations. His ability to spot hidden gems and tell compelling stories about players’ journeys sets him apart in the grassroots basketball scene.

George’s addition to the Prep Girls Hoops family is a major asset, particularly as he focuses on identifying and promoting prospects from the East Valley area, rural regions, Native American communities, and other underrepresented areas across the West. His dedication to giving a platform to overlooked and emerging talent will play a critical role in expanding Prep Girls Hoops’ reach and impact, helping a broader range of athletes gain the recognition they deserve,” Gregg Rosenberg.

I first met George during a period when I was deeply involved in coaching girls’ high school and club basketball. At the time, I had only a surface-level understanding of the tremendous impact he had on the recruiting process for young athletes. It wasn’t until I had the opportunity to work closely with him — and saw firsthand how he guided one of my own players through her recruitment journey to a high-major Division I program — that I truly appreciated the depth of his commitment and behind-the-scenes efforts. George’s dedication to helping players achieve their dreams is remarkable and often goes unnoticed by many in the community. I am genuinely excited and grateful to now be working alongside him at Prep Girls Hoops, where his passion and expertise continue to make a profound difference.By adding Courtney’s extensive prospect evaluations to the existing expertise of grassroots veterans like Cedric Cobb, Vincent Lombardi, Jacob Seliga, and under the guidance of regional director Gregg Rosenberg, Prep Girls Hoops is entering a new era of coverage excellence. This expanded and highly experienced team means even greater opportunities for talented players to be recognized, evaluated, and promoted at a higher level. For prospects in Arizona and across the West Coast, this collaboration represents a major win—ushering in a new age of exposure, credibility, and recruiting support.
