In recent years, the talent in Arizona’s women’s basketball scene has been on the rise. Basketball scout Ron Coleman has played a crucial role in this development through his platform, AZGirlsReport, which assists student-athletes in getting recruited. Meanwhile, Pete Matus, founder of Reel Team Six, has significantly boosted visibility for many players with his high-quality photography and highlight reels. On October 6, Reel Team Six will host its inaugural Reel Recognize Real Team Showcase aimed at increasing exposure in the Southwest region. This event will attract national and regional scouts, including myself, and is open to students from 7th to 12th grade. It will take place at the Kroc Center in Phoenix, AZ.
